Happy Birthday, papa!

Let's rewind back to Monday, where my family and I celebrated my papa's birthday! My sister made a birthday card (I am only in-charged of making cards on Father's day/Mother's day because birthday cards are supposed to look nicer, if you know what I mean).  My mummy cooked ang-zao mee sua for my family to celebrate my papa's birthday. According to the old, it brings everything good if people eat mee sua on their birthdays! My mummy is a good chef and that bowl of red goodness tasted so good that my mouth is watering now. Look at those mushrooms, egg and chicken drumstick!  We got him a banana cake because cream cakes are a no-no for him! The banana cake was moist and tasted fairly good!  We also bought him a fish fish cake! He likes fish and fish cake so we thought that would be a good combination.  Almond and normal flavored tau huey! I love tau huey, it just glides down your throat so smoothly! I like the 'lao-ban' kind of tau huey. My papa enjoyed his day and I am happy to have him as my father. I love him so much! *hug hug* |
